AmberOps ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you send us directly (name, email, company, message content via forms or email), and basic website analytics (pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type) collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver services, and improve the website. If you've corresponded with us, we may follow up about relevant services. Every commercial email we send includes a working opt-out; opt-outs are honored permanently.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate (email, hosting, scheduling), under their own confidentiality obligations.
Client data
During engagements we access client systems under the terms of the applicable agreement. Client data is used solely to deliver the engagement, is never used for marketing, and access is removed at engagement end.
Retention & requests
