Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Services
AmberOps provides RevOps consulting services (audits, CRM configuration, migrations, integrations, and ongoing support). Specific engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW), which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
Scope
Each SOW defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms. Work outside scope requires a written change order.
Fees
Fees and payment schedules are defined in each SOW.
No revenue guarantee
We improve revenue systems. We do not guarantee revenue, pipeline, or sales outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
Client responsibilities
Timely access, a designated decision-maker for system changes, and review of deliverables within the acceptance window defined in the SOW.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created for a client belong to the client on full payment. Pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's non-public information. We may describe engagements in anonymized form unless the SOW says otherwise; named case studies require written permission.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is capped at fees paid for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
Each Statement of Work specifies the governing law and venue for that engagement.
